At the start of your training plan we estimate a realistic, but still challenging progress percentage. This is based on your activity profile, training history and number of days until your goal. After every activity we calculate the progress percentage with the data you've entered or uploaded. These data are used to measure how your fitness is progressing in relation to your goal. So it could be that your progress is already approaching 100% while you still have days left in the plan. The opposite can also happen. If the former is the case, we often recommend that you also select a higher level in your athletic profile for your next goal so that it becomes a bit more challenging.
