Atletisch profiel en triatlon
Stel: je traint 10-12u per week, waarvan ongeveer 6u fietsen, 3,5-4u lopen, 2u zwemmen en nog core training. Wat vul je dan in als atletisch profiel? Amateur? Gemiddeld? Gevorderd? In piekweken, als je >12u komt zou je zelfs pro kunnen invullen. Of krijg je dan continu het gele uitroepteken: probeer iets meer te doen omdat je niet al die uren fietst?

My advice would be is to set your athletic profile and availability for your cycling workouts. JOIN would generally not give you a notification to do more if you do long enough training sessions to make up your 6 hours of cycling the week.
If you do 4 x 90min training sessions, it is better than doing 45min every day and one longer ride for example.
I would say you can select the intermediate level if you cycle regularly and have a good fitness level to start with
