    The main difference is with the longer climbs program, the focus is more on strength work to help build your ability to climb better. Your FTP will also increase during this program as there will be longer intervals at the threshold that will help maintain consistent power on the climbs. 

    FTP builder is only focused on building your FTP and the intervals is focused on intervals around FTP to improve it.
