Omslagpunt/Max hartslag
Hallo,
Ik zag dat de trainingen gebaseerd zijn op % van omslagpunt en niet van de max hartslag ?
Klopt dit ? heb het gevoel dat ik te laag train hierdoor ?

I responded to your ticket on Tuesday.
We use % based on threshold heart rate, this has proven to be the most accurate way of training. If you feel this is not correct, I would suggest you perform an FTP test to accurately determine your Threshold heart rate.
