If you want to include your previous cycling activities in your JOIN training plan, you can do so by linking your Strava account to JOIN. When you first connect your Strava account to JOIN, we will import at least 42 days of your previous activities. This helps us to create a personalized and effective training plan for you based on your past performance. Keep in mind that your previous Strava data will be synced to JOIN in the background, and may not be immediately visible in the JOIN app. However, this information will be taken into account when calculating your training plan.
