How to log in
- Go to plan.join.cc/login in a supported browser.
- Make sure the QR code is visible on the page.
- Open your phone camera or QR code scanner and scan the QR code.
- Follow the sign-in steps on your phone to confirm access to your JOIN account.
- Return to your browser once the login is complete.
If you cannot log in
If you are having trouble signing in, check the most common QR code issues below before contacting support.
- Make sure your phone camera has permission to scan QR codes.
- Check that your phone has a working internet connection.
- Refresh the login page if the QR code is not loading.
- Move your phone closer to the screen and make sure the QR code is fully visible.
- If the QR code still does not scan, try increasing your screen brightness or cleaning your camera lens.
Tips for account access
- Use the phone that is linked to your JOIN account if prompted during sign-in.
- Keep your phone charged and connected to the internet while logging in.
- If you share a device, make sure you sign out when you are finished.
