How do I connect Garmin to JOIN?
To automatically sync your Garmin workouts to JOIN, follow these steps:
- Open the JOIN app on your mobile device.
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Select Garmin Connect and log in to your Garmin account.
- Grant permission to sync activities between Garmin and JOIN.
Once connected, all your future Garmin workouts will automatically sync to JOIN.
What types of workouts are synced?
JOIN syncs the following activity types from Garmin Connect:
- Cycling (indoor and outdoor)
- Running
- Swimming
- Other cardio workouts, including strength training sessions
How long does it take for a workout to sync?
Workouts typically sync within a few minutes after saving them in Garmin Connect. If there's a delay, please wait up to 10 minutes before troubleshooting.
What should I do if my Garmin workout does not sync?
If your workout doesn’t sync automatically, try these steps:
- Ensure your Garmin device has synced with Garmin Connect.
