- Open JOIN.
- Tap on the 'Period' icon next to your initials on the home screen.
- Select your level of 'Discomfort':
- None
- Moderate
- A lot
- Save your input.
Note: You are free to input Discomfort at any time in your cycle. It is not necessary to be on your period, you can input Discomfort before your flow starts.
