1. How do I get the beta version of the app?

  • For Android:

    • You will receive an email with a link to sign up for the beta version directly from the Google Play Store. Ensure you're signed in to the Play Store with the same email address you provided to us.
    • Click on the link and select “Become a Tester”. Once you've done this, you can download or update the JOIN Cycling app from the Play Store, and you'll receive the beta version.

  • For iOS (via TestFlight):

    • Download the TestFlight app from the Apple App Store.
    • After installation, you'll receive an email from TestFlight with an invitation code. Open the email on your iOS device, click on the link, and it will guide you to the JOIN Cycling beta version inside TestFlight. Install it from there.

2. How do I provide feedback on the beta app?

  • For Android:

  • For iOS (via TestFlight):

    • Open TestFlight, find the JOIN Cycling app, and tap on it.
    • Here you'll find an option to “Send Feedback”. This will allow you to email any issues or comments directly to our development team.
    • As with Android, you can also send feedback directly to [support@join.cc].

3. What should I do if I encounter issues while testing the app?

  • Restart the App: Most minor glitches can be resolved by simply closing and reopening the app.

  • Update the App: Ensure you're using the latest version of the beta app. Check the Play Store (for Android) or TestFlight (for iOS) for any updates.

  • Check Internet Connection: Some features might require a stable internet connection. Ensure you're connected to Wi-Fi or have a good cellular data connection.

  • Reinstall the App: If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the beta app.

4. Why haven't I received the beta update, even though I’ve been accepted as a tester?

  • Ensure you're checking the correct email address and look in your spam or promotions folders just in case the invitation ended up there.

  • For iOS users: Ensure you have TestFlight installed, and you've clicked the invitation link in the email.

  • For Android users: Ensure you're logged into the Play Store with the same email address you provided for beta testing.

5. What should I do if I don’t want to use the beta app anymore?

  1. Delete the JOIN Beta app.
  2. Go to the store of your platform (Google Play Store/Apple App Store).
  3. Download the JOIN app from the store.
  4. Log in with your account credentials.
