Using the Period Tracker in JOIN: A Guide
When you open JOIN with the Period tracker turned on, you’ll see the ‘Period’ icon next to the profile icon on the homescreen. When you tap on the icon, you’ll find the Period tracker. Here you can input the level of Discomfort you may have at any time during your cycle and you can log your period with flow data.
Based on your period data, JOIN may adjust your training if necessary.
