Readiness shows you how ready you are to perform today's workout based on muscle soreness and recovery from previous workouts. We give an estimation of your readiness for today before your workout. If you feel these estimations don't match your feeling then change the soreness and/or recovery by which the type, duration and/or intensity of the suggested workout will also be adjusted.
Using Readiness Report in JOIN: A Guide
When you open JOIN and review your daily training, you'll encounter a prompt to complete your readiness report. This involves reporting your muscle soreness (None, Moderate, High) and indicating your Recovery Level. Although JOIN provides an estimate of your Recovery Level, it's crucial to express your feelings accurately.
Based on your readiness report and Readiness, JOIN may adjust your training if necessary.
Important Readiness Requirement:
To maintain accuracy, it's essential to provide all feedback before attempting to modify the Soreness or Recovery level. A red dot serves as a reminder on any open feedback, ensuring completion before any modifications are made.
Once you've completed the suggested workout and submitted feedback, the Readiness feedback will be temporarily removed and will reappear the following day.
