To add a quick ride to JOIN that you have planned for later in the week:
- Open JOIN.
- Go to "Today's training".
- Scroll from right to left on the dates/days that you want to do the planned ride.
- Scroll down on the selected day and you'll see the option to "Add ride".
- Click on "Add ride" and enter the planned duration of your ride.
By adding the ride in advance, JOIN will not plan a training session for that day. This allows you to easily incorporate your planned rides into your training plan.
