At the beginning of your training plan, we estimate a realistic but challenging progress percentage based on your activity profile, training history, and the number of days until your goal. After each activity, we calculate your progress percentage based on the data you have entered or uploaded.
These data are used to track how your fitness is progressing towards your goal. It is possible that your progress may approach 100% while you still have days left in the plan, or that it falls behind. If your progress is already approaching 100%, we may recommend increasing your athletic profile for your next goal to make it more challenging.
