We adapt your training plan to your available time. Try to keep this up-to-date every week, when you forget, you will be prompted in time.
You can set a standard weekly availability or you can set the availability for one day directly in the training plan in case something unexpected happens. From the "swap" workout menu you can also set back your availability for that day to zero.
When you have changed your availability for a specific day, that availability will always override the default availability that you might have set earlier for the whole week. So if you set your availability for Wednesday, April 13th to 1 hour and then change the availability for all Wednesdays to 3 hours, the availability for April 13th will still be 1 hour and not 3 hours, even though you have set that latter value later.
If you change your available time to a number that is not sufficient to improve your fitness, you will receive a prompt with the advise to extend that available time. If you are training at a high level you need to keep doing a lot in order to keep improving. Having said that, of course, we understand this is not always possible. As they say: life is what happens to you while you were busy making other plans!
