We adjust your training plan to fit your available time. It's important to try to keep this up-to-date on a weekly basis, and you'll receive a prompt if you forget. You can set a standard weekly availability or adjust the availability for a specific day in case something unexpected happens. From the "swap" workout menu, you can also reset your availability for that day to zero.
Keep in mind that if you change your availability for a specific day, it will always overwrite the default availability that you may have set earlier for the entire week. For example, if you set your availability for Wednesday, to 1 hour and then change the availability for all Wednesdays to 3 hours, the availability for Wednesday will still be 1 hour, not 3 hours, all other Wednesdays will be 3 hrs unless changed.
If you change your available time to a number that is not sufficient to improve your fitness, you'll receive a prompt advising you to extend that time. It's important to keep training at a high level in order to continue improving, but we understand that this may not always be possible. As the saying goes, "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans!"
