We would suggest that about one week prior to you leaving for your training camp, you set your availability to maximum (or the preferred duration) and also put your athletic profile up a notch.
This will then trigger JOIN to suggest longer and harder training sessions for you. JOIN will still take into account your current level and fitness, so if you were hoping to have everything but the kitchen sink thrown at you, you might be a little bit disappointed! But there is no point for you nor JOIN to completely wear you out over that week and then have to build in a lot of recovery time afterwards.
If you would like to do your own training, I suggest you pause your training program during your camp. You will most likely have a couple of rest days after your camp, this is normal, and JOIN is protecting you from overtraining.
Enjoy the training camp!
