JOIN now includes a running feature, meaning the app can plan both cycling and running workouts for you. However, you will still need to manage your swimming sessions and adjust your cycling schedule manually if needed.
While we do not yet offer full triathlon training plans, you can log your swimming activities in JOIN. These will be considered for your overall training load but will have less impact than a cycling or running workout. However, hard runs or swims may influence your next cycling session, as JOIN factors them into your fatigue and stress levels.
For now, JOIN ensures your cycling and running are well-structured, helping you bring your A-game to both disciplines. We are continuously exploring ways to improve integrations for triathletes in the future.
