As we are a cycling-specific app, we prioritize the planning of cycling workouts. We, unfortunately, do not plan training programs for full triathlons at this stage.
I would advise you to only keep JOIN for cycling and set your availability for cycling activities. You can load your running and swimming activities to JOIN, it will be taken into consideration for your level but less than what a cycling workout would. However, it might influence your next cycling activity if your run or swim was hard as it forms part of your fatigue/stress levels.
JOIN will make sure your cycling is on point and bring your A-game for the cycling leg. We are looking at ways to make the integrations for triathletes easier and more compatible in the future.
