As a cycling-specific app, our primary focus is on planning cycling workouts. We do not currently offer training programs for sports such as Crossfit or other activities.
We recommend that you use JOIN specifically for cycling and set your availability accordingly. You can still log other sports activities in JOIN, as it will form a small part of your JOIN level. However, these activities may still affect your cycling performance if they were particularly challenging, as they can contribute to your overall fatigue and stress levels.
