How to check status of your Subscription

We’re here to help if you’d like to check if you have an active subscription. To confirm your subscription status, please follow these steps:

In the JOIN App:

  1. Open the JOIN app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Subscription.
  4. Tap Manage subscription. You’ll be redirected to Google, Apple, or Stripe depending on your device.

On Android:

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  4. Check if your JOIN subscription is listed there and if Auto-renew is on.

On Apple:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Look for the JOIN subscription to confirm if it’s active and check if Auto-renew is on.

On Stripe:

  1. Access the subscription through the Stripe environment or follow this link to view your subscription status.

If Auto-renew is turned off, your subscription will end at the end of your current term. This can also be an opportunity to switch between payment platforms or adjust your subscription plan if desired.
