Change subscription: Android / Google Play

To change your JOIN subscription plan through Google Play, follow these steps:

  1. Cancel your current JOIN subscription. You'll need to wait until it has ended before you can start a new one.

  2. To manage your subscriptions on Google Play:

  • Open the Google Play app.
  • Tap the profile icon on the top right.
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  • Tap Cancel subscription.
  • Follow the instructions to complete the process.
  1. You'll receive an email confirmation from Google Play indicating that you have changed your subscription plan.

Remember that you must cancel your current subscription before you can start a new one. Once you've done that, you can use the steps above to change your subscription plan through Google Play.
