Please follow the instructions listed below to make sure your JOIN subscription is terminated on the App Store in the interim.
Cancel a subscription on your iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap 'Subscriptions'.
- Tap the subscription (JOIN)
- Tap 'Cancel subscription'. You may have to scroll down to find the 'Cancel Subscription' button. If you don't see a 'Cancel Subscription' button or a red text expiration message appears, the subscription has already been canceled.
