Refund requests are handled by the platform you used to purchase your JOIN subscription. Follow the steps below based on where you subscribed.
How do I know where I purchased my subscription?
Check your email for a purchase confirmation:
- A receipt from Apple means you subscribed via the App Store on iOS.
- A receipt from Google Play means you subscribed via Android.
- A receipt from Stripe means you subscribed directly through the JOIN website.
How do I request a refund from the Apple App Store?
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find your JOIN subscription purchase in the list.
- Tap “Request a Refund”.
- Select a reason and submit your request.
Apple will review your request and respond by email. Refund decisions are made by Apple and JOIN has no ability to override them.
How do I request a refund from Google Play?
Contact us directly at support@join.cc with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will handle it from there.
How do I request a refund if I subscribed via the JOIN website?
If your subscription was purchased directly through the JOIN website (processed by Stripe), please contact us at support@join.cc with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.
How long does a refund take?
Processing times vary by platform:
- Apple: Typically 5–10 business days after approval.
- Google Play: Typically 3–5 business days after approval.
- Stripe (JOIN website): Typically 5–10 business days after approval.
Can JOIN process a refund directly?
For App Store purchases, refunds must go through Apple directly. For Google Play and direct (Stripe) purchases, contact us at support@join.cc and we will handle it from there.
My refund request was denied. What can I do?
If Apple denies your request, you can contact their support team directly to appeal:
- Apple Support: support.apple.com
For Google Play and direct purchases, reach out to us at support@join.cc and we will do our best to help.
