How to Activate Your Promo Subscription:
To activate your promotion and make sure everything runs smoothly, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Cancel your current subscription
If you’re currently subscribed through Apple or Google Play, you’ll first need to cancel your existing subscription via the App Store or Play Store.

Note: Any remaining days from your Apple/Google subscription will be automatically transferred and added to your new JOIN subscription once the promo is activated.
Step 2: Follow the promo link
Open the promo email you received and click the link to start the activation process.
Step 3: Complete the setup
Follow the instructions on screen to activate your promo and switch to a direct JOIN subscription.

You won’t lose any of your progress, training data, or current training plan.

The payment for your promotion will be processed once your previous subscription ends.
