Cancel subscription

We are sorry to see you go! If you wish to cancel your subscription with us, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the JOIN app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Subscription.
  4. Tap Manage subscription.

You will be redirected to Google, Apple, or Stripe, depending on your device.

Android:

  1. Go to Manage your subscriptions on Google Play.
  2. Open the Google Play app.
  3. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
  4. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  5. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  6. Tap Cancel subscription.
  7. Follow the instructions.

Apple: 

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.

 

Stripe:

Follow the instructions in the Stripe environment or follow this link.

 

If you do decide to cancel your subscription, we would appreciate it if you could let us know the reason for canceling. We are always interested in understanding the reasoning behind a cancellation.
